It’s been amazing to watch, firsthand, Top Dawg Entertainment emerge and have so much success. Ab-Soul built his name and helped the TDE movement take form the way they have and he’s worked hard for his time to shine. This year, so far TDE dropped albums from ScHoolboy Q and SZA.
Meanwhile, Ab-Soul has stayed hard at work on his major label debut album. After going through a series of album titles, Ab-Soul is preparing to unveil it all in the near future. This year, Ab-Soul has had nothing but good news and the icing on the cake is the new album.
According to a tweet from Top Dawg, the focus on the label is currently SZA, but once she drops, there will be information about Ab-Soul. Working on his new album, the label is preparing to unveil what Ab-Soul has titled his album and when it will be released to the public. Then, Ab-Soul will officially cement his position in the game with an official LP release.
