Turk shuts down a Kentucky promoter claiming he will be at a Cash Money show on May 3 [PHOTOS]

Turk 5What deserves a lot more attention is the efforts Turk has made in the two years he’s been out of prison. After serving close to a decade behind bars, Turk re-emerged and is one of the biggest mixtape rappers in the game. Turk is also one of the easiest hip hop artists to get in contact with.

Unfortunately, some have tried to use this to their advantage by putting together shows using his name. As someone still regaining their footing in the game, this can be detrimental to a brand. Due to this, Turk has had to speak out and defend himself against people wrongly using his name.

A promoter has been heavily promoting a flyer with Turk, Juvenile, Mannie Fresh, and Mystikal. The show is being billed as a part of the Cash Money Reunion Tour, but Turk is not a part of it. After seeing the flyer circulating online, Turk took to his own Instagram and let the world know this was a false promotion.
