Judge refuses to dismiss Chris Brown’s case after request from lawyer

As he prepares to finally release X, Chris Brown is at a creative peak with his music. In addition, the “Loyal” single is winning. It sure doesn’t feel like it’s been nine years since Chris Brown first entered the game. But, the world has definitely counted the five years since Chris Brown and Rihanna fought.

Since then, Chris Brown abandoned his initial good boy image and the world is well-aware of his temper. Many hecklers have tried using this to their advantage, such as the man in Washington, DC whom Chris Brown and his bodyguard beat up. But, the joke ended up on them, as it landed Chris Brown back in jail.

Mark Geragos, Chris Brown’s lawyer, insists this is nothing more than an overblown misdemeanor. Despite this, the judge, Patricia Wynn, has decided to not dismiss the case, instead she is going to press forward with it. First, the bodyguard will stand trial and he will be followed by Chris Brown and his trial.
