The Talk of New York, Tony Yayo, is back in the lab and he is getting ready to release his new mixtape. Titled El Chapo 3, Tony Yayo released the first single, “New York,” featuring Uncle Murda and Joell Ortiz. When Uncle Murda spoke to Hip Hop Vibe, he talked about being happy about New York hip hop’s growth.

Tony Yayo has recently gotten back in the mix and he’s been doing his part to keep his name going. He has also gone back-and-forth with 50 Cent in the media over their time together at G-Unit. It looks like Tony Yayo is going the route of doing things for himself and the reaction seems as if this is working for him.

Last night, Tony Yayo released the cover for the El Chapo 3 mixtape. Tony Yayo posted the photo on his Instagram on Friday. When he released the cover, Tony Yayo did not have a set release date for the record and he still doesn’t, so he left it at “coming soon,” which should be enough to tide the fans over.
