Last year, Nipsey Hussle had a breakthrough year with his Crenshaw mixtape/street album with DJ Drama. His career has always been major on an underground level, but Nipsey Hussle broke through in 2013 to the mainstream. Even Jay-Z supported the Crenshaw campaign Nipsey Hussle was pushing.
It’s been six months since Nipsey Hussle dropped Crenshaw, but the title is continuing to gain interest. The hoodies Nipsey Hussle sold in the Crenshaw package have become a part of something bigger. Nipsey Hussle turned this into a new venture with his Crenshaw Collection.
Miss Dimplez was on the scene at Nipsey Hussle’s premiere of the Crenshaw Collection, a joint venture with Young & Reckless. Several other Los Angeles rappers appeared on the scene with Nipsey Hussle. Skeme, OverDoz, and Punch from Top Dawg Entertainment were also there and caught on camera by Miss Dimplez.
