Once Drake signed with Young Money, he immediately went from being one of the biggest mixtape rappers to one of the biggest rappers, period. All of the legends and the major figures respect Drake and his movement. Among his biggest supporters is none other than Diddy.
This past weekend, during the 2014 NBA All-Star Game, Drake had the chance to hang out with Diddy and all the others. While they were in New Orleans, Drake and company owned the city. After all, they were visiting the birthplace of Drake’s record label, Cash Money Records.
Drake and Diddy ended up performing at the club during their stay in New Orleans. The first person to let people know Diddy is no lyricist is Diddy himself, as he pretty much just raps for fun, similar to Birdman. But, during the middle of Drake’s performance, his microphone apparently goes dead or he drops it, and he snatches Diddy’s mic from him on stage.
