Last summer, Rich Homie Quan’s “Type of Way” single took off with no warnings and he’s still buzzing a year later. That’s proof that anyone out there with a dream should keep pushing no matter what. A year ago, during this time, Rich Homie had a mixtape that he just dropped that exploded almost six months later.
Even what is called an overnight sensation still takes a long time of hard work and dedication. Rich Homie Quan had been grinding for a year before the grind paid off for him and he is still working like he’s not successful. That is one of the keys to staying successful.
Recently, “106 & Park” invited Rich Homie Quan to talk to them. Bow Wow and Keshia Chante talked to Rich Homie Quan about the grinding years of his career and he opened up about it. Looking back on his career, Rich Homie Quan can easily talk about his situation then in comparison to how it is now.
