Jadakiss and Styles P talk major labels, Bad Boy Records, J-Hood, and more with “The Breakfast Club” [VIDEO]

The L.O.X. Breakfast ClubHardcore hip hop fans always point to Yonkers as the place where some of the grittiest New York rhymes come from. Most people point to both DMX and The L.O.X. trio of Jadakiss, Styles P, and Sheek Louch. Their career started over at Bad Boy Records. It has continued to this day.

Major labels have been both a blessing and a curse to The L.O.X. as a unit and as solo members. Bad Boy Records, back in the day, left a bad taste in their mouth, but they succeeded at Ruff Ryders/Interscope. But, label situations has held them back from releasing their latest album, which has been held up seven years.

This morning, Jadakiss and Styles P stopped in to visit Power 105.1’s trio over at “The Breakfast Club.” Charlamagne Tha God, Angela Yee, and DJ Envy hosted the duo and they spoke on a lot of recent rumors going on. There is a false rumor about Bad Boy Records shutting down, which they talked about and they also spoke on the Grammys, major labels, J-Hood, Mase, and more.
