Insane Clown Posse files lawsuit against FBI for labeling “Juggalo” fans as gang members

Insane Clown PosseHip hop is blamed for a lot of the problems in the world, especially gang activity, and much of it is due to Chicago. Law enforcement in Chicago have made it obvious that they are listening to rap music to learn more about gangs. Officers in other areas are also beginning to do this.

When it comes to hip hop and gang activity, there are a few rappers who come to mind. One name who wouldn’t normally come to mind is Insane Clown Posse, the legendary Detroit duo. Group members have come and gone, but the current “posse” consists of Violent J and Shaggy 2 Dope, as far as rappers go.

But, the whole collective, which also includes Violent J, Shaggy 2 Dope, DJ Clay, and Michael E. Clark are filing a lawsuit. Insane Clown Posse has made an entire brand out of the “Juggalo” word and the FBI has tied the word to gang activity. With their constitutional rights violated, ICP has filed a lawsuit against the FBI in a major boss move.
