Few rappers can honestly say they walked away from the game, but Mase can say this. At the height of his career during the promotional run for his album, Mase retired to become a pastor. A lot was said about the real reason Mase left the game to preach in Atlanta, as he came back a “clean” rapper, but was soon thugging.
Mase is preparing his No We Even album and he dropped a new single tonight, which is called “Why Can’t We.” As most artists do when they drop a new single, Mase decided to search the results of his new track. Clearly, Mase was pleased with the results of his new single, which was at 234,000 results, but Mase mistook this to mean 200 million, which he boasted about on Instagram.
