50 Cent is impressed with TDE’s new artist, SZA

50 Cent 19Over the years, 50 Cent defied the logic and the predictions people had laid out for him when he first emerged. Portrayed as a typical street thug, except bigger and stronger than the ones who preceded him, 50 Cent was a force. His presence in the game is what many feel cost Ja Rule his position.

For a while, 50 Cent was viewed as a bully in the game, as he went after R. Kelly, Fat Joe, Jadakiss, and Nas for supporting Ja Rule. Later, 50 Cent also went after his own artist, Game, Kanye West, Lil Wayne, and Cam’rom. However, his match was made when he was dissed by Rick Ross.

Since then, 50 Cent has been more of a business figurehead and his focuses have not been on rap beef. He has a new project coming in 2014 that he says is more than a mixtape (sounds like it’s also less than an album), but he pays a lot of attention. SZA from TDE is doing well and 50 Cent made a tweet about his admiration of her.
