Rick Ross pushes “Mastermind” album back

Rick Ross 23A couple of years ago, Rick Ross seemingly reached the top of the mountain in terms of making music. He had both the streets and the radio on lock with “BMF” featuring Styles P and “Aston Martin Music” with Chrisette Michele. Teflon Don was the start of a run that made Rick Ross hip hop’s biggest figure.

The year of 2011 saw Rick Ross jump on everybody’s record and steal the show on each song. Once the summer ended, Rick Ross revealed God Forgives, I Don’t was going to be released in December. This release date didn’t stick and the album came seven months later, losing a lot of momentum.

Despite Rick Ross remaining hot, he was unable to get the feeling back and he is nowhere near his buzz from last year in 2013. “No Games” with Future is a banger, but it has not caught on like Rick Ross’ past singles. Now, according to rumors, Rick Ross has pushed Mastermind, the album he announced in January, back.
