This year in hip hop has been full of surprises and Charli Baltimore returning with new music was one of the bigger ones. She’s been a fixture in the game since the early stages of The Notorious B.I.G. and Jay-Z’s career. However, Charli Baltimore is best-known for her time with Murder Inc., working with Ja Rule.
As she told Hip Hop Vibe in August, Charli Baltimore is happy about all of these experiences. But, the experiences are just that, something she dealt with in the past and now she has moved forward. Partners with Trick Trick and living in Detroit, Charli is a boss now, operating BMB Records.
During the summer, Charli Baltimore dropped her Hard 2 Kill mixtape, which was a success for her. Since then, Charli Baltimore has moved forward and she was both a sponsor and on the panel for MC Lyte’s Hip Hop Sisters Foundation. This week, Yo Yo spoke to Hip Hop Vibe about the “Hip Hop Sisters” show.
