On Instagram, Ayisha Diaz leaked a photo from behind the scenes of her recent feature in Smooth Magazine. In the actual publication, Ayisha Diaz is dressed up as a nurse, but in this behind the scenes photo, she has her cake out of the oven. This image was enough to heat things up.
