The Bay Area and Los Angeles are dominating West Coast hip hop. But, there are other hotbeds that are coming up, including Las Vegas and also San Diego. I-Rocc is one of the leaders of the San Diego hip hop scene and he is preparing to release his Trill-I-Am album in January and he released his “Cold World” single featuring Nipsey Hussle and Smigg Dirtee.
