Cleveland’s hip hop scene is making its way into the game. A few rappers from the city are already out there and then there are a few others already making moves. Ray Jr. is on his way up, but he made a big move with his Elected mixtape, which was hosted by DJ Steph Floss, DJ BJ3525, and DJ Moondawg. Project Pat appears on the “Stack Up” track, which also leaked from the mixtape.
