This year, Nicki Minaj had a bigger year than she could’ve had with the music, just because of everything she did. Some rappers drop mixtapes to keep their music hot in between albums, Nicki Minaj just went topless on Instagram. Nicki Minaj has that it factor and it keeps the guys coming back.
At this point, everyone knows about Nicki Minaj and her “Barbz.” They are a devoted fan base who will do any and everything Nicki Minaj asks of them and she shouts them out in return for their support. A strong fan base like this really balances out a lot of the hate she receives.
Only Nicki Minaj could make some male fans do and say some of the things they have from listening to her. An example is “I’m really such a lady” on Trey Songz’ “Bottoms Up” single. But, there were a couple of male fans who posed in two of her popular poses and she reshared them on Instagram.
