On each album, DJ Khaled is always sure to show love to the hottest artist out each year. J. Cole was pretty hot this year and his focus began to shift a little. His Roc Nation status is solid, but J. Cole is focusing on his own roster of Dreamville Records, which includes Bas. They came together on Suffering from Success to appear on “Hell’s Kitchen.”
