Young Scooter issues official statement about prison release, “Street Lottery 2,” and single with Cam’ron

Early this year, there was plenty of momentum surrounding him. His “Colombia” remix featuring Rick Ross and Birdman became one of the biggest records to impact in the early stages of 2013. The first day of the year included Young Scooter releasing his Street Lottery mixtape.

Young Scooter had a big year ahead of him and then he was sent to prison and sentenced to a nine-month stint. Once he got out of prison, Young Scooter planned to release his street album and his upcoming mixtape. Street Lottery 2 is the upcoming mixtape from Young Scooter.

Today, Young Scooter’s PR team released an official statement in regards to his prison release and new music. Young Scooter released a track entitled “Here We Go,” which is the prelude to his next single. In the press release, Young Scooter revealed his next single will feature Cam’ron.

Young Scooter was released from Dekalb Co. Jail on September 19th, 2013
after serving time for a probation violation. However upon his scheduled
release, a hold was put on him by Hamilton County, Ohio for a probation
violation stemming from a million dollar check ring, which Scooter was
previously involved in. On September 26th, he was transported to
Cincinnati, Ohio where he awaits an appearance before a judge. His next
scheduled court date is October 21st.

Young Scooter wants the fans to know that he appreciates all of their
support while he has been going through his current situation and that
“Street Lottery 2” will be released as soon as is back on the streets. The
first single, which features Cam’ron, will be released next week.
