Timbaland changes “Shock Value III” album title to “Rebirth”

Until this year, Timbaland was on a bit of a decline and he was not receiving the attention he once was. Four years have passed since Timbaland last released a new album and it was Shock Value II. His last album is noted for its “Say Somethin'” single with Drake and also “Carry Out” with Justin Timberlake.

Since then, Timbaland has been out of the spotlight, but in the lab working on some future hits. With both Justin Timberlake and Jay-Z making their major comebacks earlier this year, Timbaland has come back. Now, it’s just like old times again, but Timbaland has decided to make some changes.

Timbaland has been working on Shock Value III for some time now. But, after putting in so much work and his desired sound changing, Timbaland decided he would revise his plans. This morning, it was said that Timbaland scrapped Shock Value III in favor of a new album called Rebirth.
