It’s pretty ironic that Kanye West has more struggles with the media than the “gangsta” and “hardcore” rappers. Even though Kanye West has dramatically changed his style since his 2004 debut, he is still far from the norm. But, Kanye West has always spoken his mind whether it be for better or for worse.
When Kanye West talked to Zane Lowe for their interview, he hoped he could clear the air about himself and his personality. Instead, he made for some good jokes from a comedian he knows, Jimmy Kimmel, which upset him. Kanye West went on Twitter and made several mean comments about Jimmy Kimmel.
In an effort to clear the air, Jimmy Kimmel invited Kanye West to sit down with him for them to end their beef. Ironically, Kanye West ended up getting the point across he hoped for with Zane Lowe during the Jimmy Kimmel interview. He talked his background as a Chicago black man and his family influencing him.
As the interview went on, Kanye West explained his gripes with the media come from the tabloid comments that TMZ and others often hurl at him. If the questions aren’t bad enough, they usually come when he is with Kim Kardashian and their daughter, which is hindering his family time. One of the most-recent paparazzi attacks came when Kanye West was in the garage of his home and his family was upstairs in the house and he explained this all to an understanding Jimmy Kimmel.
