Three years ago, Pusha T went solo and he easily established himself as one of the biggest artists in the game. Parting ways with his brother, No Malice, on a temporary status, Pusha T made major solo moves with G.O.O.D. Music. However, what fans wanted was the debut album.
My Name Is My Name is due tomorrow and it comes after a long wait. The long-awaited record from Pusha T features records from such names as Future and Kanye West, who also provides production. An interesting theme goes along with the album, which is his feud with Young Money’s Drake and Lil Wayne.
Of course, the beef is limited to Pusha T, as Big Sean and Kanye West have great relationships with both Lil Wayne and Drake. Being the odd man out, of sorts, Pusha T definitely has to feel a certain way when he sees his team and he spoke on this during his interview with Complex.

“I can’t push my views on ‘Ye, [Big] Sean, anybody,” he says. “I handle business. I do the things I do because people get out of line. When the guns come out, that’s how it comes. I hope at the end of the day everybody can respect my stances like I respect theirs.” He continues, “That ain’t gonna ever affect us. [Kanye] said Wayne was ‘the best rapper’ at one point. I ain’t never thought that man was the best rapper! He’ll say that Mase was his favorite rapper of all time. Alright—he ain’t been mine. And I think at the end of the day, ‘Ye knows ‘Man, Pusha don’t give a fuck.’ I don’t give a fuck about anything! None of this bothers me. I live on a very real level of life.”
