Early this year, Two-9 member, Reese, began working on his DSNRTRAPN mixtape and it dropped in July. In February, Reese debuted the mixtape with the “Molly” remix that features Casey Veggies and Robb Bank$. Throughout the spring and summer months, Reese promoted the mixtape.
DSNRTRAPN stands for “designer trappin’,” which pays homage to the Atlanta hip hop scene. Trap music originated in the city of Atlanta and was popularized by such figures as OJ Da Juiceman, who appeared on DSNRTRAPN. Other features on the mixtape come from Reese’s Two-9 mate, Curtis Williams.
