Andre 3000 always received a lot of props because he was an artistic rapper in the midst of the pop/gangsta era. When rappers were all about drama, Andre 3000 kept to himself and his camp, making legendary music. No other rapper in the game would be able to have as many accolades as Three Stacks without dropping an official album.
Everybody has love for Andre 3000 and it shows in the music. Young Jeezy scored a pretty big hit in 2011 with “I Do” and it should come as no surprise that there were highly-anticipated verses from Jay-Z and Andre 3000 on the song. Because of contractual obligations, a music video never came to be.
But, DJ Quik wouldn’t care if he ever saw Andre 3000 again, according to his tweets. A rumor is circulating that he has AIDS and DJ Quik has an idea of where it’s coming from, none other than Andre 3000. Today, he went on Twitter and he demanded Andre 3000 own what he did.
