Drake Elliott Wilsonajor headlines were made when Drake signed with Young Money. Lil Wayne established Young Money as his own movement outside of his involvement with Cash Money Records. Birdman allowed Lil Wayne to operate Young Money under the main label of Cash Money.

Drake is one of the biggest artists in the game and he has reached the level in his career where he wants to run his own label. OVO Sounds is the new label Drake has, but he decided to set up shop for that with Atlantic Records. His move is similar to what Jay-Z did post-Def Jam.

Elliott Wilson is doing the #CRWN series and Drake is the latest artist to sit down and talk about it. In the last edition, Drake talked about the new album and Kendrick Lamar. This edition, however, Drake talked about the OVO Sounds label, 40, working with Beyonce, and more.
