As hard as he’s tried, DMX seems unable to get himself over the proverbial hump. Even with the strong quality of music he has made, DMX never quite found himself able to get over his personal demons. In DMX’s case, it was the abuse of drugs that became his downfall.
Drug addiction leads to a lot of other issues and DMX ended up hitting rock bottom when he was sent to prison in 2008. In the end, DMX served time in prison and it led to him focusing on turning his life around for good. DMX was released from prison and he has continued working ever since then.
Since 2011, DMX has toured nonstop, but this makes his latest news shocking. With various bills, DMX owes over $1 million in debt. This includes automobile insurance, child support for his various children, and various suits and it has led to DMX having only $50 to his name.
