What is an ongoing series without one character named Victor? In the case of Grand Theft Auto, Victor Vance was one of the leading protagonists. Victor Vance is introduced on Grand Theft Auto: Vice City, dying in the opening minutes of the video game.
Grand Theft Auto V drops tomorrow and the list is winding down. Catalina was featured yesterday and today, Victor Vance is. Originally, Victor Vance didn’t have much of a story outside of being Lance Vance’s brother. But, when Grand Theft Auto revisited Vice City with Vice City Stories, they had a good story.
It turns out, Victor Vance used to control Vice City, a spoof of 1980s Miami, long before the city met Tommy Vercetti. Victor Vance used to deal with all the players in the city, but his run was short-lived. While fighting to gain it back, which played out in Vice City, he died in the middle of a deal gone wrong.
