Game will fund the funeral of slain six-year-old Los Angeles girl

Los Angeles has always been a jungle and their hip hop renaissance was not enough to change that. Because there is so much going on in Chicago, the violence in other cities gets overlooked, but LA remains dangerous. A physical representation of that ongoing violence is Game, as his music reflects this.

A recent shooting left a six-year-old Los Angeles girl dead and her only offense was standing in the yard of her own home. Tiana Ricks is the name of the little girl, who was killed after two men came to her home and opened fire. Her father was also shot and her dying words were reportedly “are you okay, Daddy.”

Nothing can be done to bring the little girl back, but Game is doing all he can to ease the situation. Game recently put himself on a mission to give away $1 million of his own money to help others. Once he learned of the death of Tiana Ricks, he offered $10,000 to help in her funeral costs.

The little girl’s mother spoke highly of Game, saying he reached out to her after hearing her story and put her in contact with his financial team. Game’s money should soon be wired over to Tiana Ricks’ mother and now they can move forward with the funeral plans.
