Throughout the internet, there has been a lot of chatter about Eminem returning with a new album. This was heightened when Eminem performed in New York City earlier this month and there was even a “Control” song from Eminem. Hip Hop Vibe proved this track to be a hoax, but it has not stopped the rumors.
It has been three years since Eminem made himself openly available to the hip hop community. Even though it still feels like yesterday, so much has changed with the way artists go about marketing their music. When Eminem was last out, Twitter was still getting more buzz, now Instagram is the new hotspot.
Aware of this, Eminem has created an Instagram account and he has included the same photo of himself on his website as his first upload. Making his way back into the game, Eminem has joined Instagram. If he has no plans of dropping a new album, or project, why has he gone forward with creating a profile on Instagram?
