Another week in hip hop is already over, they go by too fast! Hip hop music waits for no one, nor does the news. A lot has gone on this week and the media has gotten a good laugh out of Kanye West’s voice. All of that aside, his ex-girlfriend’s husband, Wiz Khalifa, has been busy working with Ty Dolla $ign.
Wiz Khalifa collaborated with Ty Dolla $ign on his “Irie” single off Beach House 2, which dropped last month. Not too long after doing the song, Ty Dolla $ign was announced as the newest addition to Taylor Gang. Indeed, the house is getting full and this week they dropped the “Irie” music video.
Several videos dropped this week and it’s honestly hard to keep count. But, among those that were the most-engaging, it has to be Ty Dolla $ign and Wiz Khalifa connecting for that “Irie.” The music video explained the meaning and this vivid description helps them land Video of the Week for Hip Hop Vibe.
