There is never a time when Drake is not in the spotlight. Those who don’t like him have to accept that he embodies the present-day hip hop. He took 2012 off and still was one of the most-discussed rappers in the game, but this magnified when he returned this year with plans of releasing Nothing Was the Same.

Drake has kept himself hot with his features, but his lead singles have also done pretty well for him. This morning, Drake delivered news of his album delay, which disappointed a lot of his fans. Not to worry, the album is only delayed a week and Drake will hype it up with his performance at the VMAs.

Even with the album delay, Drake is still holding his position in the game. If anything, he has generated more interest since he pushed his album back. Drake, earlier tonight, updated the world on Nothing Was the Same. The album is now due on September 24 and the artwork is out now.
