Chris Brown hit and run case dismissed, sentenced to 1,000 hours of community service

In the case of Chris Brown, there is both good and bad news. Often the most controversial hip hop/R&B artist, Chris Brown finds himself involved in all types of issues. His most-recent battle has been his case of hit and run and then his back and forth with Rihanna on Twitter.

Chris Brown received some good news when he was relieved of all of his charges where the hit and run case was concerned. However, Chris Brown will never be able to live down his 2009 fight with Rihanna. Four years after their high-profile fight, Chris Brown is still going to court in Los Angeles over it.

Due to his separate hit and run case, prosecution tried to have Chris Brown’s probation revoked. A settlement was reached in the court that keeps Chris Brown a free man, for the most part. With his probation reinstated, Chris Brown has to serve 1,000 hours of community service where he will remove graffiti and other services.
