Early this year, Wale released his single, “Bad,” which features Tiara Thomas. His song helped launch his third album, The Gifted, and also the career of Tiara Thomas. It soon was revealed that “Bad” was her single and Wale jumped on it for the remix, which he used for his single.
Wale had high hopes for Tiara Thomas and when he did the promotional run for the single, he spoke highly. Preparing to branch out with his own label, Wale said he was going to sign Tiara Thomas. Soon, it turned out Tiara Thomas had taken another deal and Wale said they never officially signed a contract, but her loyalty wasn’t there.
Tiara Thomas has sat back and been talked about by Wale in several interviews. Now, she has her chance to tell her side of the story. While out in New York City, Tiara Thomas stopped by Hot 97 and they talked about Wale, with her saying there was never a deal between them.
