Even though the shots are being directed at Kendrick Lamar, Big Sean is the star of this show. Anyone who watched his interviews know Big Sean put this whole thing in motion with his “Control” single. The song also features Jay Electronica and is to start the next part of Big Sean’s career.
Big Sean is preparing to release his sophomore album, Hall of Fame, which is due in a little over a week. Coming into his second album, Big Sean has a string of hits already under his belt. Already, Big Sean is known for such hits as “My Last” with Chris Brown and the “Dance (A$$)” song and the Nicki Minaj remix.
Even with only one album under his belt, Big Sean has dominated the game with his music. Cruel Summer would not have been the same had it not had Big Sean and his isms on the album. Now, Big Sean received an award for selling 10 million singles over the course of his career.
Big Sean was out in Los Angeles when he was presented with the award.
