Early this year, Drake scored the first hit single of the year with “Started from the Bottom” and immediately, he retook the rap game. In the time since Drake last released an album, he has found working chemistry with Future. Although things were rocky at one point, Drake and Future have made quite the duo.
Future has posted hits on top of each other over the past two years. Similar to a lot of the other rising stars in the game, Future dominated the mixtape scene. Now, Future is one of the biggest mainstream rappers in hip hop. With his Honest album finally in the works, Future is making his media rounds.
Earlier today, Future was in Los Angeles and he talked to Power 106 for the L.A. Leakers. In this portion of the interview, Future talked about the “Started from the Bottom” record. Future broke down what concept he used to put the original song together.
