Being different definitely guarantees enemies and the A$AP Mob had to literally fight because they were different. A lot of people wrote A$AP Rocky off as a fad and didn’t believe he would do well, 150,000 moved the first week, they were wrong. Not many people believed other Mob members could be stars, A$AP Ferg, they were wrong.
This year, A$AP Ferg dropped his “Work” single and it became one of the biggest breakout anthems of the year. A$AP Ferg got A$AP Rocky, French Montana, Trinidad James, and ScHoolboy Q for the “Work” remix. With this, A$AP Ferg has become the biggest breakout artist in New York this year.
In only a few days, A$AP Ferg will release his Trap Lord album. As his debut album on the way, the momentum is building. A$AP Ferg stopped by Power 105.1 this morning and talked with DJ Envy, Angela Yee, and Charlamagne Tha God of “The Breakfast Club” about Diddy, Bad Boy Records, Trap Lord, and his guests.
