With Roc-A-Fella Records reportedly back in action, all of the former members have had strong years this year. A couple months ago, Kanye West released Yeezus, which brought a lot of attention and this was followed by Jay-Z. Magna Carta Holy Grail has obviously done well over the past month it has been out.
When counting these Roc-A-Fella comebacks, do not overlook Just Blaze. Of course, he never really went anywhere, but Just Blaze is back in the headlines. In addition to his role on Complex’s “The Combat Jack Show,” Just Blaze has had his “Higher” single with Baauer.
Jay-Z is now back in the spotlight and he has reclaimed his position in the game. He returned to the game and, of course, Just Blaze lined up a collaboration with him. With the “Higher” single doing well, Just Blaze got Jay-Z to jump on the remix of the song and the track will soon hit the internet, but the song cover is out now.
