Toronto has a talented music scene with an affinity for hip hop. The latest star on the scene who is blowing up is Harvey Stripes. He is preparing to release his project, A Penny and a Nightmare, on August 28. It doesn’t take rocket science to see what phrase inspired the title and he has Jadakiss on the new single, “Bought a Boat.”
