For those who wonder why older people always point to the 1990s as the best decade in hip hop, it was more than just the music. It was the culture and the overall impact that makes a lot of people wish that the 1990s ever ended. There was also “The Arsenio Hall Show” that kept people tuned in every night.

The urban audience never had a voice for them that could translate into the mainstream, but that changed when Arsenio Hall took over late night. Originally, Arsenio Hall hosted his series from 1989 through 1994. In the time since then, there have been nothing but memories.

Earlier this year, Arsenio Hall revealed he was preparing to bring the series back and he provided details yesterday. It looks like this fall “The Arsenio Hall Show” will be returning to the television waves. The first airdate for “The Arsenio Hall Show” is on September 9 and the goal is for Arsenio to finish what he started.
