A month ago, Ludacris became the center of controversy when he faced a lawsuit over his “Sex Room” single. Chicago emcee, Marvo, filed a lawsuit against Ludacris over the single, “Sex Room,” which he claims he originally created. Surely, the world remembers the 2010 Ludacris single featuring Trey Songz.

“Sex Room” ended up becoming one of the biggest hits during the summer of 2010. In the end, “Sex Room” became a massive hit, but Marvo found himself knowing the song word-for-word. Having recorded with a DTP producer and the song was reworked and given to the CEO, Ludacris.

Marvo recently talked to AllHipHop.com about the lawsuit, he said someone is being dishonest and he simply wants compensation. The hook is what Marvo claims he wrote and he has footage of him reading the lyrics of the hook. In the end, Marvo says he understands that this is the business and even Ludacris said it goes like this sometimes, but he wants compensation.
