Ever since DMX was released from prison, he has worked nonstop and he has performed shows all around the world. Before he began his prison stints, DMX had hit rock bottom and his drug use was at an all-time high. Since being a free man, DMX remained clean and has even dropped a new album.
Even though DMX has continued to work, dropping the album and doing the shows, he has ten children. Outside of the kids with his wife, DMX ended up getting a lot of other women pregnant and this was a part of the focus when he did “Fix My Life.” Still, this has not been enough to keep DMX in the black.
Unable to maintain his finances, DMX has officially filed for bankruptcy in Manhattan bankruptcy court. Despite all of his work, DMX has a net worth of less than $50,000 and he owes up to $10 million in debt. In his official papers, DMX stated he wants to be enabled to recognize his financial affairs.
