By now every paparazzi and media photographer should know to never approach Kanye West, especially at the LAX. It seems some people will never learn that lesson and they love to get Kanye West into a horrible mood. For the most part, the plan has worked and there is a lot of focus on Kanye West.
Being a daddy has not mellowed Kanye West out toward the media. If anything, he hates them now more than he did before. During his altercation with a Los Angeles photographer last week, Kanye West almost was brought up on felony assault charges. It would have been a bad situation, as West was only defending himself.
In this instance, justice prevailed, as Kanye West will not be prosecuted. The photographer claimed Kanye West tried to rob him and the court reviewed the tapes in order to verify. After reviewing the tapes, they saw nothing that indicated Kanye tried to steal the camera, but he did want it out of his face.
