Preemo’s “In the Mix” Top Five Songs of the Week (July 14 – July 20, 2013)

Top Five Songs of the Week 2By Preemo
Hip Hop Vibe Staff Writer

In conjunction with Hip Hop Vibe, “In the Mix” from Desert Storm Radio brings every weekend the Top Five Songs of the Week. This past week, the show was filled with a lot of energy and Unsigned to Undisputed played the entire second hour. There are plenty other surprises in the works, so fans stay tuned.

“In the Mix” is reaching new heights and is stronger than ever with Desert Storm Radio, so any artist looking for radio play needs to fill the inboxes. Of course, all of the biggest names in hip hop have appeared on “In the Mix,” but there are also chances for grinders to get featured. There is space for everyone.

Anyway, as the yammering comes to a close, there are plenty of songs that impacted the internet this past week. A crew to pay attention to are the Migos and free OffBeat. With the Rich Gang album due in two days, they are leaking a lot of songs off the project and they made the list this week.

Listen to “In the Mix’s” Top Five Songs of the Week below:

Rich The Kid ft. Migos – “Trap House Jumpin Like Jordan”

Rich The Kid and Migos are on fire right now and I’m talking that NBA Jam fire where everything they touch it’s flames! Speaking on the trap in this record, Migos show there is more to the team than “Versace.”

Birdman ft. Chris Brown, Tyga, and Lil Wayne – “Bigger Than Life”

When news of the Rich Gang project from Birdman was announced the world turnt up… and Soulja Boy got a face tat. This is expected to be one of the biggest projects of the year and this single is good testament to that with Breezy on the hook and Tyga and Lil Wayne featuring Birdman shows what this Cash Money Rich Gang life is really about.

Vado ft. Fabolous and Kirko Bangz – “Straight For The Summer”

Take a trip into the summer with We The Best’s latest signing, Vado, with features from Desert Storm’s own Fabolous and Kirko Bangz. This is the jam right now sun blasting and speakers loud!

Cashtastic – “London Summer Day”

My StateSide followers might not be familiar with Cashtastic but believe me soon you will as Cash continues to fly flags for London, this time on “London Summer Day.” One to put you in the zone for UK summer sessions.

Kola Mac- “Look At What You Made Me”

After a deep trial cut short, a few charges dropped and his freedom back in tact; Kola Mac gets back to business with new material. This hypnotizing remix produced record can be found on the Re-release of Kola Mac’s classic, Eat OR Don’t Vol.2, with new bonus tracks. Also, he has a new vlog out.
