For several years, Pusha T has held the rap game down with his drug dealer tales about growing up in Virginia. Kanye West recognized this talent in Pusha T and he signed him to G.O.O.D. Music back in 2010. By 2011, Pusha T successfully established himself as a solo artist and fans cannot wait until his album drops.
Making fans wait throughout 2011 and 2012, Pusha T scored a hit with “Trouble on My Mind,” featuring Tyler, the Creator. The fans are still clamoring for Pusha T to release his debut album. They all know to be on the lookout for My Name is My Name, originally due next week on July 16.
All of this has since changed and Pusha T decided to delay the album. Since first week sales are forever important, Pusha T probably decided to delay My Name is My Name to avoid Ace Hood dropping his album. My Name is My Name is now set to be released next month, in August.
