It has become hard to look away from Trinidad James, as he took over the game in a little over a month. In the final sixty days of 2012, Trinidad James became the most-discussed rapper in the game. This run continued early into 2013, when Trinidad James signed a $5 million deal with Def Jam.
Popular with his music, many have compared Trinidad James to Riff Raff. Although the commercial level of Trinidad James is much higher than Riff Raff’s, there are still plenty of comparisons. Trinidad James, however, maintains a style that is all one of his own, although comparisons are always made.
Trinidad James recently sat down with Vlad TV and he addressed the comparisons to the former SODMG star head on. In the interview, Trinidad James addressed the comparisons and also spoke on another hot topic. The feud with Hot 97 also was touched upon during the interview.
