Since he returned to the game in 2011, Prodigy has remained a consistent figure in hip hop. My Infamous Life ruffled feathers, but it kept Prodigy in the headlines because those mentioned in the book had to respond. While some dispute the claims made by the Mobb Deep emcee, his name continued to buzz.
Prodigy also released a high-profile EP during this time and decided to get back with another album, too. Of course, Prodigy planned on doing this album with production from only The Alchemist. It came two years after the fact, but Prodigy and The Alchemist delivered Albert Einstein.
With their album out, Prodigy and The Alchemist are making their rounds with the people in the media. Their travels led them to their native New York City over to the leading hip hop station, Hot 97. Speaking with DJ Cipha Sounds and Peter Rosenberg, they spoke on their album during the Juan Epstein segment.
