Good things only come to those who wait, so when Redman announces he has new music in the works, be prepared to wait. Four years ago, Redman first discussed his next album, Muddy Waters 2. Feeling as if he has left his fans waiting long enough, Redman is preparing the new release.
Redman took to his Twitter and he confirmed the Muddy Waters 2 project would be released before the end of this year. Fans who have been missing Redman will have a chance to get their dosage of him. In addition to the Muddy Waters 2 album, there is a prequel EP release.
First, Redman will release Muddy Waters 2: The Preload, which is the EP. This will, of course, serve as the prequel to the entire project. Muddy Waters 2 will follow the release of the EP and the project will be released later in the fall of this year. Expect new music to come from Redman in the meantime.
