Over the past three years, hip hop fans have expected a new Jadakiss LP. Instead, all they have received have been mixtapes. Jadakiss has put out albums in the form of his last two mixtapes, however, with I Love You and Consignment. Now, Jadakiss is finally ready to complete his long-awaited Top 5 Dead or Alive album.
Jadakiss put out his new single, “Big Boy Dialogue,” which features The-Dream. This is likely the first single off Top 5 Dead or Alive, as Jadakiss has confirmed his album will be coming out this year. All in all, Jadakiss’ new LP will put a cap on the strong run that has come from The L.O.X. over the past few years.
Earlier today, Jadakiss returned to “The Breakfast Club” at Power 105.1. During the interview, Jadakiss spoke on the “Big Boy Dialogue” single and the state of hip hop. He also spoke on The L.O.X. and Top 5 Dead or Alive with DJ Envy, Angela Yee, and Charlamagne Tha God.
