At this point, fans have gotten used to Rick Ross delivering an anthem alongside his members at Maybach Music every summer. But, this summer has featured less of Rick Ross than normal. This could possibly be due to the controversy over his verse on the hit Rocko single, “U.O.E.N.O.”
Before all the drama, Rick Ross announced there would be a new Self Made album every year and the purpose of the album has changed. In 2011, the initial Self Made album was used to introduce the Maybach Music members. Last year, the Self Made album was an additional outlet for the album, now everyone is a superstar on the label.
Rick Ross and Maybach Music took to their respective Twitters to reveal the upcoming album from the crew. Self Made 3 was announced with the official album cover and the official release date. Now, the Self Made 3 album is set for a release date of August 6 and, in the meantime, the singles are in the works.
