Thus far, Drake has put forth an impressive showing in the first half of 2013. It all started in February, when Drake released “Started from the Bottom.” With his guest appearances still going strong, Drake delivered an addictive hit single. Going forward, Drake also delivered a second strong single with “5 AM in Toronto.”
Dominating the game in all aspects, Drake has the biggest project due for the Cash Money label this year with Nothing Was the Same. Already housing two of his biggest singles this year, Drake has much more in store. Though the release date was supposed to have a little mystery, Drake later revealed August was the release date.
One person making their way through the game is Jhene Aiko. She has been making moves for some time, working with a few high-profile artists. One artist to add to this list is Drake. Earlier today, he took to his Twitter to announce Jhene Aiko would be appearing on Nothing Was the Same.
